This course aims to give you the skills and knowledge in supporting your sleep health through research-backed information and practical strategies for the day and night. This is targeted for people during pregnancy to up to three (3) years postpartum, though people beyond this timeframe are welcome to enrol, such as people considering conception or undergoing IVF. You will receive six (6) months' full access to the course which you can complete flexibly as it best suits you.
